Overview

The Performance Dashboard in Seller Snap’s DataHub helps you spot trends by pivoting your data across different time periods. Whether you want to compare revenue, profits, or units sold, this dashboard turns raw order and analytics data into clear performance snapshots you can analyze day-over-day, week-over-week, month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, or year-over-year.

Why Use the Performance Dashboard?

The Performance Dashboard is your tool for answering the question: “How am I performing over time?”

It helps you:

  • Identify growth patterns across different KPIs.

  • Compare performance period-over-period (day, week, month, quarter, year).

  • Pinpoint which SKUs, brands, or channels are driving improvement.

  • Spot early signals of slowdown or opportunity in your business.

Key Features

1. Date Granularity

You can group data into different time periods, including:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

  • Yearly

This flexibility allows you to analyze both short-term performance and long-term trends.

2. KPI Selection

Choose the exact KPI you want to monitor. Available KPIs include (but are not limited to):

  • Revenue

  • Shipping Revenue

  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

  • Profit

  • Profit Margin

  • ROI

  • Units Sold

  • Orders

For each KPI, you’ll see both the actual value for the period and the percentage change compared to the previous period.

3. Grouping by Dimensions

Organize your performance data by different business dimensions to understand which areas are driving results. You can group by:

  • SKU

  • ASIN

  • Store

  • Fulfillment Channel (FBA vs. FBM)

  • Transaction Type (B2B vs. B2C)

  • Brand

This lets you drill down from the highest-level view (e.g., store-level quarterly revenue) all the way to granular product performance (e.g., SKU-level daily profit).

4. Filters & Tools

The Performance Dashboard also supports:

  • Date Range Selector – Analyze performance over any custom period.

  • Currency Conversion – View values in a unified currency.

  • Filters – Narrow results by ASIN, SKU, brand, store, or fulfillment method.
