Overview
The Orders Dashboard in Seller Snap’s DataHub gives you a chronological, line-by-line view of all your orders. Designed to show data at its most granular level, this dashboard helps you understand sales activity, costs, and profitability over any selected time period.
Why Use the Orders Dashboard?
The Orders Dashboard is your most detailed view of business activity. It helps you:
See exactly how much each order contributes to revenue and profit.
Monitor returns and their impact on profitability.
Analyze unit economics by combining fees, costs, and margins into one view.
By consolidating your order data in one place, the Orders Dashboard gives you the clarity needed to make smarter, faster business decisions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
At the top of the page, you’ll find a KPI banner that updates based on your selected date range.
The KPIs include:
Total Orders – The total number of orders placed within the selected period.
Total Units Sold – Number of items sold across all orders.
Returns – Number of units returned during the period.
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) – Total cost of products sold (sourced from the Listings page).
Velocity – Rate at which orders are being placed over time.
Average Order Price – The average revenue per order.
Orders Table
Beneath the KPIs is the orders table, which provides detailed metrics at the order or unit level.
Columns in the Orders Table
Order ID – The unique identifier for each order.
Quantity – The number of units in the order.
Revenue – Total revenue from the order.
Shipping Revenue – Shipping charges collected from the customer (if applicable).
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) – Pulled directly from your Listings page.
Profit – Net profit after fees and costs.
Profit Margin – Profit expressed as a percentage of revenue.
ROI – Return on investment, calculated against COGS.
Fees – Amazon fees (such as FBA or referral fees) deducted from the order.

Like all DataHub dashboards, the Orders Dashboard includes a suite of tools to help you refine your analysis:
Date Range Selector – View orders across custom timeframes.
Currency Conversion – Standardize values into a single currency for easier comparison.
Filters – Narrow down by SKU, ASIN, store, marketplace, and more.
Column Selection Tool – Choose which metrics to display in the table.
