The Scheduled Reports feature is directly tied to the Views feature.
Scheduled Reports let you have specific, filtered Views emailed to you automatically so you can keep track of your store's performance without having to log in and pull the data yourself.
Before You Start: Save a View
Scheduled Reports run off of a saved View, so you'll need a View saved before you can schedule a report. From the Overview or Listings page, set up your filters the way you want them, then open the view options menu and select Save As New View.
How to Set Up a Scheduled Report
Go to Tools > Scheduled Reports in the left-hand sidebar.
If you haven't created any reports yet, you'll see an empty state. Click + Create Scheduled Report to get started.
Fill out the report details:
Report Name — Give the report a name so you can identify it later.
View — Select the saved View that will be used to generate the report.
Stores — Select one or more stores to generate the report for.
Include Previous Period (optional) — Toggle this on to include columns with data from the previous time period (e.g., 7 days prior to the last 7 days) in the report.
Date Range — Pick one or more date ranges for the report's metrics. Each range you select produces its own CSV.
Report Schedule — Choose Daily or Monthly, and set the time the report should run (times are in UTC). If you choose Daily, you can also select specific day(s) of the week, effectively letting you use it as a weekly report.
Email — Enter the email address(es) the report should be sent to (up to 5 recipients).
Click Apply Changes.
Once applied, your report will generate automatically on the schedule you chose and land directly in the inbox(es) you specified — no manual exporting required.
To edit or remove a report later, open it from your Scheduled Reports list, make your changes and click Apply Changes, or click Delete to remove it.
