Overview

Views are customizable shortcuts that can be set to quickly answer questions about your store and can be found below the Analytics panel of the Listings page.

How to Create Views

In this example, the goal is to filter listings based on specific conditions:

  • Display all items that are currently in stock,

  • Include FBA backordered listings,

  • and within that, listings that have received less than 50% of the Buy Box share in the past 24 hours.

Once applied, the panel will close and the table will refresh. Users may now choose to rearrange the columns via the Columns button.

To filter out listings even further, users may set their Views for 7-day or 30-day data using the date range found below the search bar.

Save the View:

Users can edit the current View by choosing "Update Current View" or create a new one with "Save As New View".

Creating a new View via "Save As New View" will prompt users to name the View:

Note: Users must put a name and click the Save button to complete this process to create a New View.

Editing the Filters of a View and then choosing "Update Current View" will save it on the current selected View.

User Settings

The Views Manager can be found in the Store Settings drop-down menu which allows users to access all the Views and delete them. Depending on the access level, the user might find additional tabs where they may Scheduled Reports. These reports will use the existing Views.

On the Views Manager tab, users can:

  • Designate a default view.

  • Turn Views into Actionable Insights which are the Orange boxes on the Overview page at the top. They can be used as key performance indicators to help sellers make informed decisions.

  • Delete Views

  • Delete Actionable Insights

Note: It is not possible to delete the default View. In order to delete it, users would first need to change the default view.
