Overview

This article explains how to grant Seller Snap access to your Walmart account by authorizing your Walmart Marketplace connection.

Step 1: Open Store Settings

  1. Log in to your Seller Snap account.

  2. Go to Store Settings and open the Integrations tab.

  3. Find the Walmart Marketplace tile.

Step 2: Configure Walmart Connection

  1. Click Configure on the Walmart Marketplace tile.

  2. Provide the following required details:

    • Partner ID:
This is a unique 11-digit identifier visible in your Walmart Seller Center, found just below your company name.

    • Client ID and Client Secret:
These API credentials authorize Seller Snap to connect securely to your Walmart account.

How to Generate Walmart API Keys

To get your Client ID and Client Secret, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Walmart Developer Portal.

  2. Click My Account.

  3. Select Add New Key For A Solution Provider.

  4. Choose Seller Snap from the list of approved solution providers.

  5. Grant full access to the following areas as seen in the photo below.

Once you’ve generated your keys, copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and Partner ID, then return to the Seller Snap Walmart Marketplace tile and enter them.

Step 3: Check Authorization Status

Once your details are saved, the integration status will update from Off to In Progress.

Note: The status will remain In Progress until Seller Snap has successfully connected and pulled data from Walmart to create the store connection. Once this is complete, the status will change to ON.
