Seller Snap relies on authorized access to the Amazon Seller Account to deliver accurate data and provide real-time repricing. As part of Amazon’s security policies, this authorization automatically expires after 12 months. When this happens, sellers will need to re-authorize access to ensure that Seller Snap continues working without interruptions.

This guide also applies if you're reconnecting a store that was previously removed from the account, or for users returning to Seller Snap.

Re-authorization is a quick process. Follow the instructions below to get everything back up and running.

  1. Log in to your Seller Snap account.

  2. Click the "Authorization required" notification located in the bottom panel of the interface.

  3. On the next page, you'll see a list of all available stores under your account, along with their current status.

  4. Find the store(s) you want to re-authorize and click to authorize the Seller IDs.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the re-authorization process.
