The Walmart Repricer is currently in beta. Customers who are interested in testing Walmart repricing can reach out to Seller Snap Support to request access to the beta program.
1. How to Authorize
Only Account Owners can authorize a Walmart store.
Before you can use the Walmart Repricer, you must authorize Seller Snap to connect with your Walmart Seller account.
To authorize:
Log into your Seller Snap account.
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
Select Accounts from the dropdown.
Navigate to the Seller Accounts tab.
Click Add Selling Walmart Account.
You’ll be redirected to Walmart’s OAuth authorization process, where you can grant Seller Snap permission to access your Walmart Seller account.
After completing the OAuth flow, you’ll be redirected back to Seller Snap, and your Walmart store will appear in your account.
Note: After granting access, it may take Seller Snap some time to retrieve all of your data. During this time, the integration will return an In Progress status. The data transfer is complete after the status changes to On.
2. Where to Access
After your store is authorized:
Go to your Dashboard in Seller Snap.
From the navigation bar, select Listings and then Walmart.
3. How to Enable Repricing
Once your listings are available, you can enable repricing for individual SKUs or in bulk.
3.1 Inline Edit
To enable or disable repricing and update your minimum and maximum prices directly in Seller Snap:
In your Walmart listings table, find the Repricing, Min Price, and Max Price columns.
Use the toggle or checkbox in the Repricing column to enable or disable repricing for each SKU.
Enter or adjust the Min Price and Max Price fields for each SKU. These set the lowest and highest prices Seller Snap will use when repricing
3.2 CSV Import
To update multiple listings at once:
Export your Walmart listings as a CSV file using the Export option.
Open the file and update the relevant columns, for example
Repricing
Min Price
Max Price
MAP
Save the file in CSV format.
Return to Seller Snap and select Import CSV.
Upload the updated file — your changes will be applied.
Important:
There is currently no API access for Walmart — all changes must be made using Inline Edit or CSV Import.
4. Repricing Strategies
Seller Snap’s Walmart repricer supports MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) protection to help you comply with your brand or supplier agreements.
MAP Price: Set a MAP value for each SKU to ensure your listings do not go below your agreed minimum advertised price.
Do Not Reprice Below MAP: By default, the repricer will respect your MAP setting. If the calculated price drops below your MAP, it will hold at the MAP price instead.
How to Update MAP and Respect MAP by CSV
You can manage your MAP values and the Do Not Reprice Below MAP setting in bulk using a CSV import:
Export your Walmart listings as a CSV file.
In your CSV, locate or add the following columns:
MAP — Enter the MAP price for each SKU.
Respect MAP — Set this to TRUE to prevent repricing below your MAP.
Save your file in CSV format.
Return to Seller Snap and use the Import CSV option to upload your changes.

6. FAQ
1. Why are my listings priced below my minimum price?
By default, Seller Snap’s repricer will never price below your set Min and Max ranges. If you see Walmart listings priced lower than your minimum, there are two common reasons:
Walmart-Funded Promotions: Walmart may apply promotions or incentives to your listings that lower the displayed price for buyers. Even if the public price appears lower than your minimum, you will still receive the full revenue based on the price Seller Snap submits.

2. Does Seller Snap offer custom repricing strategies for Walmart?
No. Currently, Seller Snap uses its AI Game Theory-inspired repricing algorithm to help you win the Buy Box at the highest possible price. At this time, custom repricing strategies for Walmart are not available.
3. Can I set minimum and maximum prices based on margin or ROI?
Not at this time. Currently, minimum and maximum prices for Walmart listings must be entered manually or imported by CSV. However, the ability to set Min and Max prices dynamically based on your desired profit margin or ROI is coming soon.
4. How does Seller Snap determine whether a listing is Active or Inactive?
For a Walmart listing to be considered Active in Seller Snap, it must meet all of the following conditions:
Life Cycle Status:
Active
Published Status:
Published
Inventory Status:
in_stock
orpre_order
If any of these conditions are not met, the listing will appear as Inactive in your Seller Snap Walmart listings view.
5. Why do I see “Repricing data is not ready. Please try again later.” when trying to enable repricing?
This message appears when Seller Snap is still retrieving or processing data from the Walmart API. In some cases, listings may be missing required information needed for repricing to work properly. This usually resolves itself automatically — the data typically finishes processing within 1 to 24 hours. After that, you’ll be able to enable repricing as expected.
