Store Settings in Seller Snap

Written by Adam Angelo Privaldos

Overview

Seller Snap provides extensive options within the Store Settings page where users can set up and refine strategies. These greatly influence pricing dynamics throughout the entire store.

While these settings affect the overall pricing strategy of the store, it's important to note that users can still adjust specific parameters at the listing level

These are found under Store Settings:

Buybox Price Guard

How to Use Seller Snap's Buybox Price Guard - (ONLY AVAILABLE ON OUR LEGACY AI REPRICER)

The Buy Box Price Guard lets you control how far below the current Buy Box price Seller Snap can reprice your listings. This helps prevent the AI from lowering your price more than you are comfortable with while competing for the Buy Box.

You can configure the Buy Box Price Guard in Store Settings. Please note that this feature is available only when using the Legacy Amazon AI repricing engine and is not currently supported by the new Amazon AI engine.

Suppressed Buybox Settings

The Suppressed Buy Box tab lets you control how Seller Snap reprices when Amazon is not displaying a Buy Box winner. You can set a store-level strategy that determines how the repricer should behave in these situations.

If a listing has a specific Suppressed Buy Box condition assigned to it, that condition will take priority. Listings without a condition will follow the store-level settings configured here.

Support MAP

When selling certain brands sellers may be required to price above a Minimum Advertised Price or MAP. To learn more about MAP users can read about it here.

Support SFP Settings

There are repricing configurations to help maximize sales against Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) competitors. For sellers that have competitors that are Seller Fulfilled Prime, users can toggle this on to be able to actively compete against the SFP competitor.

Push Min/Max Allowed Price to Amazon

Altering Seller Central's Min/Max Values through Seller Snap can be done directly through Seller Snap's UI. Seller Snap users can push minimum & maximum values from within Seller Snap directly to Seller Central. This tool is helpful as it can help with high and low pricing errors.

Inventory Tab

The Inventory tab contains settings related to your inventory costs and replenishment calculations. You can enable weight-based additional costs for Seller Snap to include in its calculations. Users can read more here.

You can also configure inventory replenishment suggestions by entering information such as your lead time—the number of days it takes to receive new stock after placing an order. These settings help Seller Snap provide more accurate recommendations for when and how much inventory to reorder. Users can read more here.
