A listing's state refers to the current status of the SKU.

In Seller Snap, users will find 4: Active, Out of Stock, Deactivated, and Archived.

Backordered items are included within the active listing state because they are still available for purchase on Amazon.

Users can use the Filters menu to query for relevant listings and display them on the Listings page.

Outside of the Filters Menu, users can also easily select which listings state they want to view by selecting and applying the checkboxes below:

Note: Users are shown the Active and Out of Stock listing states by default.
