FTP Integration

Overview
Seller Snap supports File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
Once enabled, CSV files can be transferred to a secure folder hosted by Seller Snap for the account. Users will need an FTP app that can transfer files to Sellersnap. It is best used for stores that require frequent imports.
The FTP integration can only be enabled by Administrator-level users. Credentials necessary for the FTP are immediately available once the integration is enabled.
Enabling FTP Integration
Users will need to go to their account's Store Settings:
Some user accounts will not have a drop-down menu and/or might not have access to the store settings.
Under the Integrations tab, users will find the FTP integration tile.
Once clicked, users will be able to enable and then view the credentials needed to complete setting up their FTP software.
How to Disable Email Notifications
When configuring the FTP, users may opt out of receiving email notifications by toggling the switch to OFF:
