Overview
Seller Snap's Amazon Business tools provide a solution to reprice against business offers.
- Business price: This is the price of a single unit offered on Amazon Business.
- Quantity discount: These are the prices of discounts offered for buying in bulk Amazon Business.
Enabling Business Repricing
On the listing table, there is one column for Business pricing, this can be used to enable or disable Business Pricing, or to set the strategies for Business Pricing and Quantity Discounts.

Consider MAP for B2B
Users who want to prevent the B2B price from going below MAP will need to enable this option:
When considering MAP for B2B, users must keep the following in mind:
- The B2B MAP should not be greater than the B2C price.
- B2B's price can break MAP if the B2C price is breaking MAP.
Setting a Business Repricing Strategy
The business repricing tool permits Sellers to compete for the Business Buybox.
There are 2 Business Repricing strategies available for the business Buybox:
- AI Business Repricing: Fully automated AI that competes for the Business Buybox.
- Fixed Business Repricing: User-configured discounts based on the B2C prices in either % or $.
AI Business Repricing
Seller Snap's AI Business Repricing can take the guesswork out of Amazon's Business offers. The AI considers all business offers set by competitors to calculate the best business price and to compete for quantity discounts.
In the below example, the Business Price Strategy is AI Business, and there are no Quantity Discounts offered.
Fixed Business Repricing
Users can also set 'Fixed' discounts based on the B2C prices in either % or $.
In the below example, the Business Price discount is 10% off the Consumer Listed Price, and there are no Quantity Discounts offered.
Setting Quantity Discounts Strategy
These are the prices of discounts offered for buying in bulk Amazon Business.
There are four Quantity Discount strategies available:
- Off: Offering no Quantity Discounts.
- AI Default: Fully automated AI that competes for the five lowest Quantity Discount tiers.
- AI Aggressive: Fully automated that will compete on all Quantity Discount tiers.
- Fixed: User-configured Quantity Discount based on the B2B price in either % or $.
Off - Quantity Discounts
This is the setup when a user does not want to offer Quantity Discounts.
In the below example, the Business Price Strategy is AI Business, and there are no Quantity Discounts offered.
AI Default - Quantity Discounts
This is the setup when a user wants to offer AI Quantity Discounts to compete for Quantity BuyBoxes.
In the below example, the Business Price Strategy is AI Business, and there are Quantity Discounts offered.
AI Aggressive - Quantity Discounts
This is the setup when a user wants to offer AI Quantity Discounts and be aggressive in competing for the Quantity BuyBoxes.
In the below example, the Business Price Strategy is AI Business, and there are Quantity Discounts offered.
Fixed - Quantity Discounts
This is the configuration if a user wants to offer Fixed % or $ discounts based on the B2B Price.
In the below example, the Business Price Strategy is AI Business, and there are Quantity Discounts Strategy is set to 'Fixed'.
Users will need to set the Quality Lower Bounds and Quantity Discount for this configuration.
In the below image, assuming the Business Price was $100.00, and:
- The Quantity Lower Bound = 5 Units
- The Quantity Discount = 10%
(Business Price - (Business Price * Quantity Discount Percentage)
(100 - (100 * 0.10)).
The Business Price for 5 units would be $90.00 per unit.
The seller can configure up to 5 tiers of quantity discounts. This means if the buyer purchases the indicated number of units in the tier, they receive a discount per item based on the Business Price. Each tier must be larger than the previous tier.
Enable via Bulk Edit
Users can use Bulk Edit through Seller Snap's user interface.
First, select the listings by ticking their boxes located in the leftmost column.
Once selected, options will appear at the top of the columns. To use Bulk Edit on the selected listings, users should select the first option:

The following are used to configure Business Repricing via CSV.

This field accepts decimal values for amount and percent. Example: 0.02 (amount) means 2 cents below the regular price. 5 (percent) means 5 percent below the regular price. |

Importing Fixed Quantity Discounts
Using the CSV values above, users can enable B2B and import Fixed Quantity Discounts.
Users must keep in mind the following:
- qd_strategy must always be set to the value: Fixed.
- discount_type must be included and set to either percent or amount.
- quantity_lower_bound_1 is the first-tier quantity discount. The value must be greater than 0. Each succeeding bound must be greater than the previous bound.
- quantity_discount_1 is the discount value related to the first-tier bound. Each succeeding discount tier must be greater than the previous.
- If quantity_lower_bound_1 is present, quantity_discount_1 must also be included.
